SHIPPING

  • Courier charges will be charged based on the volumetric weight of the package and your location. Please check your order summary to understand the delivery charges.
  • Shipping Timelines :
    • Ready to dispatch items : 4 to 6 Business days
    • Custom made items : 10 to 14 Business days
  • Delivery time solely depends on our courier partner. All shipments are sent via Delhivery unless specifically requested for through other courier carriers.
  • All shipment tracking details will be shared with the customer via email once the shipment has been dispatched.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES  

  • We have a No Return / No Exchange Policy
  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged at the time of delivery and not after usage. Replacement is also subject to availability of with us. For return or replacement opening video is a must.
